Rooms and Accomodation

For the first time ever, Riksgränsen opens its doors to an exclusive summer season. Imagine first-class accommodation at the iconic Meteorologen Ski Lodge, transformed for the warmer months into a vibrant Summer Lodge, offering a blend of relaxed elegance, well-being, and holistic experiences. This isn’t just any holiday — it’s the Arctic’s answer to laid-back luxury. If you prefer simplicity and a direct connection to nature, Riksgränsen’s campsite welcomes you with open arms. Nestled by Vassijaure Lake and overlooking the entire resort, it’s the perfect base for a grounded escape. Ready to take it to the next level? Head to Låktatjåkko Mountain Station — a legendary destination for adventurers since 1939. Perched at 1,228 metres above sea level between two peaks, it’s Sweden’s highest mountain station. Located 14 km from Riksgränsen and 9 km from Björkliden, getting there is a journey in itself — and spending a night? That’s the kind of experience you don’t just do — you brag about it.

We went to Riksgränsen for the early part of the ski season. The hotel has a lot to offer, a cozy lounge, a good restaurant (excellent buffets), a small spa, and many other facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back next year! Ruwan – 31 March 2017
