The inspiration for our menu was derived from and retains a focus on the simple meals and locally sourced ingredients from North Calotte. The food is primarily Swedish but integrates inspiration a global perspective from cuisines throghout the world. We see food as an experience and constantly try to renew and challenge ourselves so that you as a guest will have an experience beyond the ordinary and an evening to remember. Here you can spend an entire evening eating dinner and hanging out with loved ones.

In winter, the Meteorologist bar is an exceptional meeting place for skiers and snowboarders from all over the world. The bar is fashioned like that of a comfortable living room where it is easy to meet and mingle.
