Part of a small tight knit team, or a well-established organization? We have the facilities perfectly tailored for both large and small conference groups, including activities and entertainment for all tastes. Our six meeting facilities (the largest of which can accommodate 180 people in cinema seating) are equipped with all the tech you could ever need for an efficient day. After honing your mental floss, you and your team can pop on your skis and hit the slopes, or glide out for some touring up the mountain. Up for something more adventurous? Try standing behind a pack of Alaskan huskies and ripping across the Lapland wilderness. For even more speed, why not take a snowmobile out to one of our moutnain lakes, which are packed with char. After a long and eventful day, our spa and sauna Relaxen is the obvious last stop.
Additionally, you can rent your own lodge, Låktatjåkko Mountain Lodge, at 1228 m above sea level for all these purposes. Sweden’s highest mountain lodge offers a unique setting for small groups, and we can help you plan your meeting based on your requirements and wishes.

START YOUR CONFERENCE ON THE TRAIN
When you take the train to your business meeting or conference, you are making a truly climate-smart choice. The train is a safe and secure mode of transport where you can make the most of your travel time. Vy Tåg offers a 10% discount on train journeys for larger groups and associations. If you are a large group traveling together, you can, for example, book an entire carriage for yourselves and start the conference already on board the train. We also have prams that you can book for smaller meetings where your creative thoughts can have a place.
