30 effective minutes focusing on core musculature, training entirely without equipment. The session is designed to strengthen your back and core while promoting great posture. A strong core is essential for heavy lifting, improves balance and stability on the slopes, and—most importantly—helps you feel strong and pain-free in your everyday life.
