At Meteorologen, both the menu and selection of beverages have been carefully crafted for the gastronomic enthusiasts. We have created a calm and pleasant atmosphere so that you as a guest can relax and enjoy our mountain world surrounded by both rustic wilderness and modern comforts alike.
The Food
The inspiration for our menu was derived from and retains a focus on the simple meals and locally sourced ingredients from North Calotte. The food is primarily Swedish but integrates inspiration a global perspective from cuisines throghout the world. We see food as an experience and constantly try to renew and challenge ourselves so that you as a guest will have an experience beyond the ordinary and an evening to remember. Here you can spend an entire evening eating dinner and hanging out with loved ones.
The Drinks
The impressive selection of beverages includes representation from both classic grape varietals and districts to modern, experimental and new world wines. Our knowledgeable staff will present drinks that are suitable for the daily menu and the drinks will vary according to what is best for the season and the ingredients in the menu. Every evening we will provide a taste experience for all preferences and moods, tailored just for you.
A Chill Place
In winter, the Meteorologist bar is an exceptional meeting place for skiers and snowboarders from all over the world. The bar is fashioned like that of a comfortable living room where it is easy to meet and mingle.
