Here, the line between indoors and outdoors blurs, and the atmosphere is as relaxed as it is lively. When our local guest DJs spin records, the lobby bar transforms into the most comfortable hangout in the mountains.
When the spring-winter sun comes out, the choice is simple - we move out to the Pelican Shelf. It's our sunny oasis facing the slopes, the perfect place for an After Ski that never wants to end. With a glass in hand, the music in the back and the view of the skiers sweeping past, Pelikanhyllan is the place where we celebrate life and the best ride of the day together.

Midnight sun
A northern tribute to the classic. The depth of bourbon meets the sweetness of red vermouth, balanced with fresh malic acid. The drink gets a unique character from the splash of orange bitters and is topped with Kiruna Bryggerier's full-bodied Tannator Bock. A woody and powerful flavor experience that is garnished with cherry and fresh apple.
Blueberry Margarita
A lively and berry twist on a favorite. The base is our house-infused blueberry tequila, which is joined by local Blueberry Pie liqueur from Norrbotten. Fresh lime and smooth agave create a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. The glass is rimmed with our own blueberry salt for the ultimate wilderness feel.
Torneträsk
A deep and powerful tribute to the lake. Lingonberry rum and blackcurrant liqueur meet fresh malic acid for a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. A berry and rich flavor experience topped with blackberry foam.
The gold wagon
The perfect bridge between coffee and cocktail. Elegant cognac and dark coffee liqueur meet the intensity of espresso sugar shot and a hint of chocolate bitters. An unexpected freshness from lime and bubbly ginger beer takes the drink to new heights. Smells magically of orange zest and roasted coffee beans.
The North
Our version of the classic Japanese loafers, but with its heart in the north. Here, ”Lingari” - a Swedish, lingonberry-based aperitif - meets the sweetness of Norrbotten's rhubarb liqueur and crisp malic acid. A beautifully red and well-balanced cocktail that is stirred ice cold and served with a luxurious maraschino cherry.
