What is the ultimate ski experience? It depends on who you ask, of course, but for many with a few years' experience of the Riksgr\u00e4nsen area, a really good summit tour is probably high on the list. Making your way up the mountain at a leisurely pace, enjoying the scenery along the way and then choosing your own route down is hard to beat for many. The area around Riksgr\u00e4nsen and towards Norway is one of the country's best for summit hiking, with countless really good tours where the climb starts almost directly from the road. There are lots of great rides and cool inspiration to be found here, and the views are like something out of a fairy tale, with fjords, horizons and mountain peaks as far as the eye can see. Do you have previous experience of skiing outside groomed slopes but want to try ski touring for the first time, or have you tried a little before but want company in a group? Then this is the tour for you!<\/p>\n
The peak for the day is chosen by the guide taking into account the weather and snow conditions. Please note that this is an open activity, which means that different groups can sign up for the tour. The tour for the day will therefore be adapted to the whole group. The area offers stunning descents, inspiring terrain, and views that look like they've been pulled from a fairytale: fjords, wide-open horizons, and snow-covered peaks as far as the eye can see.
